Safety, Compliance and Site

Inspect fire extinguishers, spill kits, and eyewash stations. Verify signage compliance and canopy structure integrity. Test alarm panels and emergency shutoffs. Review spill response procedures with staff.

Fuel Island and Dispensers

Inspect and clean nozzles, hoses, breakaways, and filters. Check card readers and keypads. Calibrate meters and verify flow rates. Inspect dispenser doors, locks, and vapor recovery systems. Inspect sump sensors .

Connectivity Checks

Verify POS system backups and connectivity. Inspect cabling at dispensers and back offices. Confirm security cameras record properly and store data. Update firmware and test remote monitoring systems.

Electrical and Lighting

Test canopy and lot lighting for brightness and corrosion, Tighten electrical panel connections and verify GFCI outlets. Check emergency lights, signage, and backup power. Replace or clean ballast lenses and fixtures.

Plumbing and HVAC

Assemble bids for larger projects like roofs, remodeling and excavation. Verify services and completed as required though our digital workorder system. Provide access to qualified contractors and service providers.
