The stack

Estimating software and dispatch software, in the same window

Most contractors run one tool for the schedule, another for estimates, a third for photos, and email for everything else. ManageSync is one system with one record per job.

Dispatch that survives a bad Tuesday

Drag jobs across a technician-by-hour board, or work the same jobs as a status kanban. Overlap detection, working-window shading, and a holding area for everything not yet scheduled.

MS Field Tech

Your technicians get a real iOS and Android app. Status, photos, notes, time entries, push notifications.

Estimating with a spine

Price book, line-level markup, supplements, change orders and a project cost sheet that shows budget against actuals.

Books that reconcile

Master invoice at close, catalog prices frozen onto the line, and a two-way QuickBooks Online connection. PDI users get CSV and EDI 810.

Compliance inspections

State-specific walkthrough forms rendered as a guided wizard. Per-tank pass/fail, photos per line, drawn signature, filled PDF out the other end.

Roles that mean something

Admin, Manager, Sales, Accounting, Technician. Each gets a different home screen and a server-enforced set of routes.

The marketplace

You only pay when you win

No lead fees. No monthly marketplace surcharge. No paying for a phone number that never calls back. A fee applies when you accept a job — and it comes back if the job comes back.

01

You set your footprint

States and counties you cover, service categories you perform, and whether you take priority or emergency work.

02

Matching work appears

Unclaimed work orders from locations in your area surface in your marketplace. Eligibility is enforced on the way in and again at accept, so you never see work you cannot take.

03

You accept what fits

A $50 acceptance fee applies per work order you take. Refunded if you give it back, if the location takes it back, or if they cancel.

04

Good work compounds

Locations rate you on punctuality, professionalism and work quality. Strong ratings earn repeat work and preferred-contractor status.

Project bidding

Bid requests, matched to your trades

When a site owner needs a project bid, the request fans out to contractors capable of doing it. You get it in a dedicated inbox, propose your own site-meeting times, and submit an estimate. If you win, the bid converts to a project in your pipeline with a PWO number.

If you do not win, you are told promptly and courteously, and you pay nothing. Competing bids never see each other’s numbers.

  • Request lands in your inbox

    Start bid or decline

  • You propose meeting windows

    Up to five options

  • You submit your estimate

    Sealed from competitors

  • Location reviews and awards

    Winner gets a PWO

Questions

What contractors ask us

Do I have to join the marketplace?

No. The Standard plan is the full platform — work orders, projects, estimating, invoicing, scheduling and compliance inspections — for your own book of business. Signup is two steps with no application review, so you are working the same day. Locations can still name you as their Preferred Contractor on Standard.

What does the marketplace end up costing me?

The plan is $50 per user per month either way. On the Marketplace tier you pay $50 when you accept a work order, refunded if the job is given back, taken back or canceled. On project bids from a self-managed request, the winning contractor pays a $500 win fee. You pay nothing on bids you do not win.

How do you decide which work I see?

State first, then county if the location narrows it, then your service categories, then urgency opt-in. If a location has named a preferred contractor, that firm gets an exclusive offer window before anything reaches the marketplace at all.

I do roofing and restoration, not fuel. Is this for me?

Yes. The compliance and tank depth is built for fuel retail, but the estimating stack underneath handles roofing, commercial roofing, siding, gutters, windows, painting, interior and trim, plus insurance claim details and supplements. You can add your own custom trades.

Will my customers see my internal notes and pricing?

Only what you choose. Notes carry per-note visibility — contractor-only is a genuine internal scratchpad. The public project progress link you can send a customer shows a milestone timeline with no pricing, no photos and no documents, and you can revoke it at any time.

Can my subcontractors upload photos without an account?

Yes. Generate a tokened upload link for a work order or bid and send it to them. They upload photos and documents without a login, and nothing else is exposed.

Does my own branding survive?

Your logo appears on printed estimates, labor and material orders, and change orders. Customers signing an estimate see your company, not ours.
