Site owners pay per location. Contractors pay per seat. Marketplace transactions carry their own fees, and every one of them is on this page. No setup fee, no minimum term.

The numbers competitors bury in a sales call
These apply only to work sourced through ManageSync. Dispatch to your own vendors and none of them are charged.
Marketplace work-order acceptance
Paid by Contractor
Charged when a contractor accepts a marketplace work order or a preferred-contractor offer. Refunded on give-back, take-back, or if the location cancels.
Marketplace project win fee
Paid by Contractor
Charged to the winning contractor when a self-managed bid request is awarded. Nothing is owed if you do not win the work.
Managed project deposit
Paid by Site owner
Charged when you ask the ManageSync team to run a bid request for you. Non-refundable, and credited in full against the 3% fee below.
Managed project fee
Paid by Site owner
Of the awarded contract total for ManageSync-managed projects, less the $500 deposit already paid.
A contractor who never touches the marketplace pays none of these. A site owner who never asks ManageSync to run a bid for them pays none of these either.

Pricing, answered
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. There is no onboarding charge, no data migration fee and no minimum term. Site owners can bulk-import locations from a CSV at no cost.
What counts as a "location"?
One active site. A site is a physical address you operate — a store, a fuel site, a facility. Your subscription quantity tracks your active sites automatically, so archiving a site you no longer run stops billing for it.
What counts as a "user" for contractors?
One active membership in your organization. Technicians, dispatchers, accounting staff and admins all count. Removing someone reduces the count on your next cycle.
What happens when I change plans mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for until it lapses.
Do I pay a marketplace fee if I bring my own contractors?
No. Marketplace fees only apply to work sourced through ManageSync. If you dispatch to your own vendors or your preferred contractor accepts a first-refusal offer, the acceptance fee is the contractor’s and is refunded if the job is given back or canceled.
Can my customers pay their invoices through ManageSync?
Not today. ManageSync produces the invoice and syncs it to QuickBooks Online or exports it for PDI — your accounting system stays the system of payment. Invoice status flips to paid in ManageSync when QuickBooks reports the payment.
Is there a free trial?
Contractors on the Standard tier are working the same day — two-step signup, no application review, and you can cancel at any time. For site owners, we would rather walk your portfolio with you first; book a demo and we will scope it honestly.
