What owners ask us
I already have contractors I trust. Why would I use a marketplace?
You do not have to. Name them as your Preferred Contractor and every work order goes to them first, hidden from the marketplace during the offer window. The marketplace is a backstop for when they are booked, out of area, or it is 2am on a holiday weekend.
What does it cost to get a site running?
There is no implementation fee. Plans start at $30 per location per month for work orders and the marketplace, $45 with live tank monitoring, and $60 with full compliance reporting. You can bulk-import your sites from a CSV.
Do I need special hardware for tank monitoring?
No new hardware. ManageSync connects over the network to the Veeder-Root TLS-350, TLS-450 or TLS-450PLUS console you already have on site. If a site has no fuel, you can hide the tank and compliance surface entirely.
Can my regulator or third-party inspector get access?
Yes. The Regulator role is read-only and limited to the Compliance page, scoped to the sites you choose. They cannot see pricing, invoices or unrelated work.
Who at ManageSync can see my data?
Nobody, unless you grant access. ManageSync staff need a time-boxed grant that you approve, and every screen they open while acting on your behalf is written to your own activity log.
Can I run one site, or does this only make sense for a portfolio?
Both. Pricing is per location, so a single site pays for a single site. The same standards, schedules and reporting apply whether you run one store or a regional portfolio.
